Modi is the first Sri Lanka in the aftermath of the terror attack

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the country as the first foreign head of state after a horrific terrorist attack in Sri Lanka.

After becoming the second Prime Minister, Modi went to the Maldives as his first foreign visit on Saturday. And from there onwards, today the Indian Prime Minister visits Colombo.

Indian media said that Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena welcomed the Indian prime minister at the Colombo Airport.

Before the government meeting with Sirisena, the Prime Minister of India has told the planting of trees in Sri Lanka’s Presidency House. Sri Lanka’s prime minister, Ranil Bikram Singh, was scheduled to hold a meeting with his government. After the meeting, Modi is seen to meet separately with former Sri Lankan President Mahinda Raja Paksh.

It should be noted that on April 21, there were cases of terrorist attacks in several church and luxury hotels in Sri Lanka. There are two and a half hundred people died in this.
